Do employees need special hardware?
No for personal clock access. ClockTrail works in a modern browser and can be installed from the web. An optional shared kiosk uses a compatible Android phone or tablet that your company provides.
Does kiosk mode cost extra?
No. Kiosk mode is included with ClockTrail at no additional software charge. You provide the compatible Android phone or tablet, mount, power, and internet connection.
Does ClockTrail track employee location?
No. ClockTrail does not use GPS tracking. It focuses on time records, approvals, and payroll preparation.
Can owners and administrators track their own time?
Yes. Time tracking can be enabled for an owner or administrator without creating a separate login.
What happens after the trial?
The subscription continues at $4 per active time-tracking employee per month, subject to the $12 monthly minimum. You can manage or cancel billing from your account.
