I cannot sign in

Use Forgot password on the login page. Invitation links expire; ask the company owner to create a replacement.

My clock action failed

Refresh once and check your connection. If the status is still wrong, submit a correction request from My hours.

Hours need correction

Employees request a correction from My hours. Owners and administrators review it from Corrections; approved changes remain audited.

A timesheet will not approve

Resolve open shifts, pending corrections, and calculation warnings, then recalculate the week before approving.

Billing needs attention

The owner can open Settings to use Stripe’s secure billing portal. NoobLyf never stores card details.

I need company data or closure

The owner can download company data or submit a reviewed closure request from Settings. Closure is never immediate or silent.
