Common questions

When does billing begin?

After the seven-day trial. The card is collected securely by Stripe during setup.

What happens when someone leaves?

Archive the employee to remove access and stop future seat billing while keeping historical time records.

Is the kiosk device included?

No. Kiosk mode is included with the ClockTrail subscription, but you supply the compatible Android phone or tablet, mounting hardware, power, and internet connection.
